Beta terms for SlateMetric. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid public launch.
Informational service
SlateMetric provides sports data, analytics, tracking tools, and decision-support information. SlateMetric is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not hold wagering funds, and does not place bets on a user’s behalf.
Eligibility and local law
SlateMetric is intended for adults age 21 and older. You are responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply where you are located, including any restrictions on sports wagering.
No guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Data, odds, model outputs, market movement, and third-party information may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. SlateMetric does not guarantee winnings, profitability, accuracy, or any particular result.
Independent service
SlateMetric is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sportsbook, league, team, athlete, or governing body unless explicitly stated. Names may be used factually for identification. Official team and player imagery is not part of the core SlateMetric product unless separately licensed.
User responsibility
You decide whether to place any wager and are responsible for verifying the final market, odds, rules, and settlement terms with the sportsbook you use. SlateMetric analysis should not be your sole basis for a financial decision.
